All our therapies require a full consultation beforehand to ensure the treatment suits your needs.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) ‘Vodder’ Trained Therapist This is a specialised therapy which works on the bodies lymphatic system. It is helpful in the treatment of migraines, sinus problems, detoxing, scar tissue and lymphoedema.

Back & Shoulder Massage
A powerful and deeply relaxing massage to relieve tension and discomfort in these stressed areas.

Aromatherapy Massage
A relaxing massage to help relieve muscle fatigue and tension. It also ease aches and pains from everyday stresses. Essential oils will be chosen for your personal specific needs.

Indian Head Massage
This treatment focuses on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. These are the parts of the body most vunerable to stress and tension. Its effects are both physical and emotional, relieving tension in these key areas and promoting peace and relaxation.

Aromatherapy Massage
An aromatherapy massage is a deep and relaxing treatment. Essential oils are chosen and diluted in a carrier oil prior to massage onto the body. These oils are extracted from a variety of plant materials and absorbed through the skin and through inhalation at the same time. When combined, the individual properties of the oils are enhanced creating the ultimate massage.

Massage A relaxing and soothing massage to include the back, neck, shoulders and the backs of the legs. Essential oils are carefully selected for this excellent treatment.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation of an appointment, we would require 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% charge will be incurred.
