As you would expect, our Head Chef, uses locally sourced, seasonal produce for his modern British menu. A variety of vegetables and herbs come from the Castle’s own Kitchen Garden and we have our very own vineyard too. Each one of our luxurious bedchambers offers a very distinctive experience. You may wish to stay in the Duke’s Bedchamber - where Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn once slept. This grand room, located in the hexagonal tower, features an impressive antique four-poster, an open fire and a freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you might prefer the Woodstock with its arrow slit windows and secret bathroom. Regardless of which one you plumb for you’ll find that each one is appointed to the very highest standard and offers every imaginable luxury.
