October at Thornbury Castle is all about cosy afternoons sitting in front of the open fires, delicious comfort food and of course Halloween! The castle really comes into its own during this season, with carved pumpkins adorning the castle entrance in a variety of ghoulish designs and candlelit evenings spent steeped in history – if only these walls could talk. Our package includes:

Rates from £469 for an overnight stay with breakfast and afternoon tea based upon two adults sharing a Superior Deluxe Bedchamber. Up to two children can be accommodated in a Superior Deluxe Bedchamber (subject to availability), supplements apply to larger rooms.
Terms and Conditions
Our Autumn Halloween Break is subject to availability from Thursday-Sunday from 1st-31st October, 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Children will be provided with rollaway beds.
*Children aged 12 and under can stay for free when sharing a room with up to two adults. Children aged 12 and under will eat for free when ordering from the Children’s Menu with at least one adult guest ordering from the Three-Course Dinner Menu or Tasting Menu. Please note, children aged 10+ years are allowed to eat in the dining room, otherwise families can dine in our beautiful lounge, library or outdoor areas – if more convenient, we can offer you room service.
