VAT
VAT is charged at the current rate.
2026 Booking Conditions
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. A 30% deposit will be charged at the time of reservation and adjusted against your final bill at the end of your stay.
For non-refundable rates, the full reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation.
For flexible rates, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For Christmas, Recharge, and New Year stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due by 1st December. A minimum two-night stay may apply on some Saturdays.
2026 Cancellation Policy
For individual reservations we will charge an additional 70% of the quoted rate for the entire stay for any cancellations within 7 days of arrival. Group bookings are defined as five or more rooms. Group bookings are subject to contract.
No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your holiday, including meals.
2026 Rates
Please note that these are ‘from’ prices and may vary depending on the day of the week and the hotel’s occupancy levels. All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Rates are per room, per night, based on two adults sharing a room.
Please note that bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been processed.
Children
Children up to the age of 12 years old stay for £35 per night including breakfast in their parent’s room – subject to the suitability of the room to take extra beds. Children between the ages of 13 years to 17 years stay for £75 per night including breakfast in their parent’s room.
Dogs stay for £25 per dog, per night
Should you wish to bring your dog with you, there will be a supplement of £25 per dog, per night. Please note that not all bedrooms are suitable for dogs and therefore this option is strictly subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Extra Adult Charges
An extra bed is available subject to availability and room type dependant, £75 per adult on a bed and breakfast basis and £150 per adult including dinner.
Pre-Authorisations
You will be required to show the debit or credit card used to pay your deposit upon check-in. If the same card cannot be presented on check-in the reception team may need to refund the original charge and re-take the accommodation charges from a new card. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file in cases such as guests leaving without settling their bill, failing to declare minibar consumption, or causing damage to the property.
Check-in Times
We guarantee your Bedchamber will be available to you from 3pm, although you are of course more than welcome to arrive earlier on the day of your check-in to enjoy a drink at the bar and a stroll in our gardens. If you will be checking-in after 10pm, please inform reception of your estimated time of arrival. We require you to check-out by 11am on the day of departure, however your luggage can be left with us to enjoy your day as you please.
