Take a look at some of the high-profile productions taken place in the last few years.

2026: TikTok UK and Order & Chaos

TikTok UK along with events company Order & Chaos exclusively hired Thornbury Castle to recreate a Traitors themed stay for a handful of influencers such as Shellrowex, Benedict Townsend and Jordan Cant  This event was filmed for social media and shared across multiple platforms.

2025: 90 Day Fiancé The Last Resort on TLC

Thornbury Castle was exclusively hired by US-based production company TLC to film the latest series of 90 Day Fiancé. The production took place both inside the castle as well as in the grounds with cast and crew staying at the hotel. The season is currently available to stream.

2025: Intel Gaming and Minecraft

Intel Gaming invited influencers Tommy Innit and Eystreem to Thornbury Castle to take part in a head to head live streaming Minecraft battle. This was an exclusive use production where the grounds and interiors were dressed by set designers and then digitally reconstructed to be part of the game.

2024: Visit South West

The regional tourism organisation Visit South West filmed at Thornbury Castle for its website and social media to highlight one of the many things to do in the local area.

2023: Ghost Hunters on ITV 

Some of the event rooms within the castle, notably the Barons Room, were used to film talking head interviews as part of an episode of Ghost Hunters.

2022: Good Morning Britain on ITV

Broadcaster Andi Peters filmed the giveaway segment of one of the episodes of GMB in 2022. He filmed both inside and outside of the castle as part of the segment, teasing viewers with the cash prize that they could win.

2010: ‘Whites’ on BBC

This BBC comedy-drama series Whites, starring Alan Davies, is a story of the executive chef at a country house hotel. The castle was used for the exterior shots of the fictional “White House Hotel”, while interior scenes were filmed elsewhere in Wales

These spaces can be utilised as authentic on-screen locations, production offices, green rooms, holding areas, or accommodation for cast and crew. Conveniently located just on the outskirts of Bristol, one of the Uk's leading film and television hubs, the castle has brilliant transport links to Bristol Airport, London and Major Motorway networks.
